Superior Days Hotel Update

We have received updated room availability from the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governors Club:

• Sunday, February 19: rooms available for booking.
• Monday, February 20: Superior Days room block is sold out.  Hotel has sold 125% of our block for Monday.  No standard rooms are available at all presently.  The Concourse Hotel has a small number of Governor’s Club rooms, and may release some of these to our block on Monday.
• Tuesday, February 21: six (6) rooms remain in the Superior Days room block.  If you need a room, please book ASAP.  If these are gone on Monday, we will see if any additional rooms can be added.
• Wednesday, February 22: rooms in our block are available.

As a reminder, the Superior Days room block expires at midnight on Friday, January 27th, or when the rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.

If you have a room you will not be using, either because you are now sharing a room, or your plans to attend have changed… please cancel the reservation, if you know you will not be using it.
